MBBS ADMISSION 2012 SESSION

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INDIAN STUDENTS

Admission Eligibility Criteria:  Minimum 50% marks in P.C.B., P.C.B.E. & an aggregate of 50% over all in 10+2 (I.Sc. Exam).

How To Seek Admission: SAARC Country's Students can obtain Prospectus & Application form from any of our offices by sending Rs. 1,000/-(I.C.) and US$ 20 for NRI Students. Cash or By A/c Payee Bank Draft of S.B.I. Kathmandu-Nepal payable to LORD BUDDHA EDUCATIONAL ACADEMY LTD.

Duly filled Application Form with attested Photocopy of Certificates can be submitted in any of our offices at the earliest to avoid disappointment.

Registration / Booking :  Students who satisfy the admission criteria can be registered by paying Rs. 2 Lakhs I.C. Registered candidate will be called for an interview. Successful candidate will be intimated for final admission, those who do not qualify will be refunded the registration fee.

Admission, Tuition,  Practical, Library & Other Fees (No donation):

(a)        Indian Students: Rs. 24 Lakhs I.C. in single payment or Rs. 27 Lakhs I.C. in installments (17 lacs + One lakh twenty five thousand for each remaining eight semester) for 4.5 years course.

(b)       SAARC, NRI & Other expatriates require paying 55,000 $ (US Dollar) single payment or 60,000 $ (US Dollar) in installments (30+10+10+10) for 4.5 years course

Hostel, Mess & Other Charges : 

(a)        Hostel Charge at Basic Science Campus, Chisapani - Rs. 20,000/yr I.C. annually + Electricity charges and Hostel Charge when shifted to Teaching Hospital Kohalpur from 3^rd year –                                      Rs. 30,000/yr IC annually + Electricity Charge.  

(b)        Food Cost is approximately Rs. 30,000/yr I.C annually to be deposited for one year & will be charged as per actual expenses.

(c)        Caution money Rs. 31,250/- I.C. (Caution money will be automatically converted as Internship fee)

(d)        University Registration Fee - Rs. 5,625/- I.C University Examination Fee - Rs. 5,625/yr I.C Medical Council Registration Fee for Internist as applicable.

(e)     Internship training fee shall be charged.

Note: Hostel & Food Charges are subject to change

 Visa: Candidates other than Indian Nationals will require Visa. The college will help obtaining the residential Visa once the student is admitted.

* College is recognized by Nepal Medical Council & Sri Lanka Medical Council. It has been enlisted in WHO's World Directory of Medical Schools.

* College Promotes Medical Education of International Standard.

MODE OF PAYMENT:-  Payment can be made by DD in favour of Lord Buddha Educational Academy Ltd.,  payable at Baharaich Branch, U.P. [India] by any Bank.

INTERVIEW : Interview will be conducted at the MD Office, Nepalgunj. Candidates should present their original academic certificates (High School, I. Sc. Mark-sheet, Passing Certificate & Character certificate) at the time of interview.

Note: <Rs. 500/I.C. & 1000/I.C Notes are prohibited in Nepal. Please don't carry 500/-& 1000/- Notes along with you in Nepal.
